i split him and the little girl up shes in the living room and hes in his room. im so confused they were freaking having sex outside in the back yard! should i call her mother or should i just wait till she picks her up? what should i do?

You have to call the mother and tell her to pick her daughter up. Say what was going on. Then have a serious talk with your brother about how he's way too young. Explain to him the implications of it. Then, tell your parents. This shouldn't be ignored, it could be a sign of previous abuse.
